Johnson & Johnson is actively expanding its Data Analytics & Computational Sciences team. They are seeking to hire a dedicated Senior Business Analyst who will act as a pivotal individual contributor within the Supply Chain Procurement and Business Intelligence division. In this capacity, you will collaborate with cross-functional process owners and digital groups to convert intricate business requirements into highly scalable reporting systems.

Core Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst

  1. Procurement Performance Reporting: Build and manage dynamic Power BI dashboards that offer deep visibility into organizational spend, supplier operational metrics, sourcing outcomes, contract compliance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  2. Data Modelling & Transformation: Create reusable, scalable semantic models within Microsoft Fabric spaces, employing advanced DAX and Power Query (M) logic to handle cross-enterprise pipelines.

  3. Governance & Infrastructure Support: Ensure strict data quality, completeness, and deployment controls across all reporting modules. Oversee workspace management, user access restrictions, data refreshing schedules, and strict lifecycle governance protocols.

  4. Stakeholder Partnerships: Act as a reliable subject matter expert (SME) for corporate leadership, clarifying complex trend lines and steering operational decisions through robust metric design frameworks.

Requirements

  1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Supply Chain Management.

  2. Professional Background: 4 to 7 years of deep corporate experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or digital enablement roles.

  3. Technical Mastery: At least 4+ years of focused, enterprise-level experience building Power BI architectures. Strong fluency with SQL, Power BI Desktop, and structured enterprise data sources is mandatory.

  4. Advanced Capabilities: Direct familiarity with Microsoft Fabric Analytics Platform workflows, Azure pipelines, or spend analytics frameworks is highly preferred.
