Role Information

Sanofi’s Modulus facility is redefining global vaccine and biologics production using next-generation disruptive technologies, including autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs), cobots, and cloud systems. Securing this Senior Biotechnologist Job Singapore will place you at the leading edge of pharmaceutical innovation. You will play a vital role in engineering runs and product validation cycles slated for early 2026.

Responsibilities

1. Performing and completing ongoing commissioning and qualification activities for specialized manufacturing equipment.

2. Executing routine cGMP manufacturing operations across Upstream, Downstream, or Central Manufacturing Services (Media & Buffer/Logistics).

3. Utilizing key digital and automation applications such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

4. Investigating process abnormalities, critical alarms, and deviations on the Quality Management System (QMS).

5. Conducting training sessions for team members regarding specific assigned workflows.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Life Science / Biology / Chemistry) with over 3 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing, OR a Diploma with over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Technical Skills: Prior hands-on experience with Single-Use Systems is highly preferred. Strong familiarity with fully digitalized and automated plants is a major advantage.

• Shift Work: Ability and willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift pattern (including day and night shifts, as well as weekends).
