Role Information
Join a global leader in life sciences to provide critical technical support and training for bioprocessing and laboratory equipment. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, sales teams, and their international factories.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Perform pre-diagnosis of equipment breakdowns and identify complex spare parts.

Project Management: Manage commissioning, qualification, and metrological monitoring of test equipment.

Sales Collaboration: Assist sales teams with technical files and develop technical content for service offers.

Quality & Documentation: Maintain service processes and instructions in collaboration with QA.
Requirements

Education: Degree in Electronics, Electrotechnics, or Physical Measurements (Mechanical/Electrical engineering backgrounds preferred).

Experience: 2+ years in a similar technical role (field service or maintenance experience is a plus).

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong customer-centric mindset.

Language: Fluent in English (capable of attending technical training in Germany) and Japanese.
