This Senior Product Manager role is a strategic commercial position focused on pharmaceutical product management and marketing excellence. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager in their Commercial function, you will:

Strategic Product & Marketing Leadership

  1. Actively engage with multiple stakeholders to foster comprehensive insight gathering from healthcare professionals, field teams, and market research partners.
  2. Drive pharmaceutical marketing initiatives, including strategy development, execution oversight, and alignment with broader commercial objectives.
  3. Develop and refine patient-focused solutions that address unmet healthcare needs and improve therapeutic outcomes.

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  1. Support the implementation of marketing-led initiatives by coordinating with partner agencies to deliver campaign content and materials.
  2. Manage logistics for strategic meetings, including cycle planning, kick-off meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  3. Execute multi-channel and digital campaigns designed to reach healthcare audiences and drive brand awareness.
  4. Ensure alignment of campaign messaging across all touchpoints.

Market Intelligence & Research

  1. Liaise with Commercial Excellence teams to design and execute market research initiatives.
  2. Conduct customer interviews and stakeholder consultations to inform brand planning and strategy.
  3. Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and healthcare environment trends.
  4. Translate market insights into actionable product strategies.

Required Qualifications

Education

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. Marketing qualifications preferred.

Professional Experience

  1. Sales or customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  2. Experience working in commercial, marketing, or related functions.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships in a healthcare environment.

  1. Pharmaceutical Industry Expertise: Understanding of pharmaceutical industry business models, regulatory policies, and standard procedures.
  2. Healthcare Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare environment, market dynamics, and evolving industry landscape.
  3. Customer & Stakeholder Intelligence: Knowledge of customer needs, healthcare professional requirements, and stakeholder perspectives across therapy areas.
