Responsibilities

1. Acting as a technical advisor to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clinical accounts and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

2. Collaborating with cross-functional internal units—including product management, regional marketing, and technical support teams—to implement targeted sales strategies.

3. Conducting technical demonstrations, application presentations, and customer training sessions on complex molecular diagnostic workflows.

4. Analyzing fast-evolving market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new commercial opportunities.

5. Utilizing modern tools such as Salesforce CRM to manage the regional sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and generate accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

1. Education: A Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related life sciences discipline.

2. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of successful technical sales experience dealing with scientific instrumentation or biotechnology workflows. Prior work specifically as a Reproductive Health Product Specialist or within clinical molecular diagnostics is highly preferred.

3. Travel Flexibility: Willingness and capability to travel extensively (approximately 50% to 75%) throughout the APJ region.

4. Core Skills: Superior presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to work independently within a complex matrix organization.
