Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key business partner to finance leaders and operations, leading planning cycles, estimates, and books closing to help define business priorities.
- Own financial activities for monthly and quarterly pacing and closing, providing leadership and analytics for estimates and budget setting.
- Lead analytics around high-impact cost centers such as headcount and contractor spend.
- Support the creation and publication of dashboards, reports, and financial scorecards.
- Deliver quality, error-free outputs in line with FP&A Center of Excellence standards.
- Provide analytics that highlight key business performance drivers, flag risks and opportunities, and inform mitigation strategies.
- Consolidate actual operating performance, report results, and produce variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior performance.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to simplification projects that expand capacity for value-added financial analysis.

Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- B.Com, MBA, CA, or CMA with 3–6 years of progressive finance experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers and generate actionable alternatives.
- Proficiency with financial systems and applications such as OneStream, Oracle, Hyperion, or Qlik, along with advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills.
- Experience operating in a global business environment with a sound understanding of cross-border processes and transaction flows.
- Adaptability and comfort working through ambiguity, backed by strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Prior exposure to process improvement initiatives within a shared services or Center of Excellence model.
- Working familiarity with BI tools such as QlikSense or OneStream reporting modules.
- A track record of distilling large data sets into insight-driven analysis for senior stakeholders.
