Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as a key business partner to finance leaders and operations, leading planning cycles, estimates, and books closing to help define business priorities.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  1. B.Com, MBA, CA, or CMA with 3–6 years of progressive finance experience.
  2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers and generate actionable alternatives.
  3. Proficiency with financial systems and applications such as OneStream, Oracle, Hyperion, or Qlik, along with advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills.
  4. Experience operating in a global business environment with a sound understanding of cross-border processes and transaction flows.
  5. Adaptability and comfort working through ambiguity, backed by strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  1. Prior exposure to process improvement initiatives within a shared services or Center of Excellence model.
  2. Working familiarity with BI tools such as QlikSense or OneStream reporting modules.
  3. A track record of distilling large data sets into insight-driven analysis for senior stakeholders.
