Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Deliver insightful product demonstrations, offer scale-up guidance, and troubleshoot complex cell culture workflows.

2. Application Development: Partner closely with clients to optimize media configurations, bioreactor parameters, and tech transfer processes from bench-top to pilot scale.

3. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the BioProcess Commercial Organization to identify technical opportunities, present at industry seminars, and help build comprehensive proposals.

4. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct detailed training sessions for clients and internal commercial teams regarding upstream bioprocessing technologies.

Requirements

1. Education: Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a highly related discipline.

2. Experience: 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in upstream bioprocessing, mammalian cell culture operations (CHO cells preferred), and bioreactor scaling.

3. Technical Proficiency: Extensive familiarity with GMP environments, Process Analytical Technologies (PAT), and advanced data analysis tools.

4. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, high accountability, and outstanding customer relationship-building skills.
