Cytiva is currently recruiting for a dynamic Discovery Lab Filtration Leader (Job ID: R1310187). This remote-based position can be operated out of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, or Mumbai, covering the vital India & South Asia market. In this highly strategic role, you will report directly to the Discovery Commercial Leader and take full accountability for the expansion and growth of direct and indirect sales across the iconic Whatman and Pall branded product portfolios.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers and Sales Specialists focusing on the Whatman and Pall life sciences brands.

Commercial Execution: Define and execute a comprehensive lab filtration commercial strategy that aligns directly with regional and global corporate priorities.

Market Expansion: Aggressively grow market share across critical verticals, including Pharmaceuticals, Biopharmaceuticals, CROs, CDMOs, and Academic research institutions.

Financial Oversight: Manage demand planning and financial forecasting for the comprehensive lab filtration product portfolios.

Relationship Management: Forge and maintain strategic, high-level relationships with key stakeholders in translational research, biotechnology, and top-tier academic accounts.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences is required. An MBA or advanced scientific degree is highly preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of proven commercial experience within the life sciences industry, with a strong track record in team management and leadership.

Industry Acumen: Deep technical and commercial understanding of Quality Control (QC), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) channels, Applied segments, and the broader life sciences ecosystem.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and matrix collaboration abilities to build strong, sustainable strategic relationships.
