Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a dedicated Product Sales Specialist, Cell Culture Media, you will act as the primary customer point of contact for allocated accounts and territories. Your core duties will include:

  1. Sales Execution: Meet and exceed sales and order volumes at target prices within your assigned territory.

  2. Strategic Budgeting: Prepare annual territory sales budgets in collaboration with sales leadership, including forecasting sales, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate documentation within CRM systems.

  3. Relationship Management: Establish robust relationships, build strategic business plans, and discover new growth opportunities specifically for Cytiva Cell Culture.

  4. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement localized Go-to-Market plans to achieve goals through highly effective project proposals, contracts, and negotiations.

  5. Cross-Functional Feedback: Provide ongoing market feedback to management, product management teams, services, and marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or a closely related scientific field.

  2. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of strategic sales, bioprocessing, or highly related biotechnology work experience.

  3. Project Management: Proven track record in customer project planning and execution.

  4. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional influencing, networking, and relationship-building skills to cultivate a collaborative culture at all levels.

  5. Communication: High-level presentation skills with the ability to convey complex scientific ideas to customers with clarity and commercial impact.
