Role Overview

  1. Site Leadership: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with principal investigators and clinical site staff to support swift study start-ups and consistent protocol compliance.

  2. Monitoring Excellence: Conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits aligned with the study’s Risk-Based Quality Management principles.

  3. Data Quality Assurance: Review Case Report Forms (CRFs) and handle source data verification while tracking crucial site enrollment metrics.

  4. Safety & Compliance: Ensure immediate and accurate reporting of Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) while keeping the Investigator Site File (ISF) completely audit-ready.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or a closely related medical field.

  2. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of international ICH-GCP Guidelines, alongside solid familiarity with local South Korean pharmaceutical regulations.

  3. Technical Expertise: Experience working with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF), and modern remote monitoring software.

  4. Professional Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, robust problem-solving abilities, and strong English and Korean cross-cultural communication skills.
