AI Product Lead

Role Information

As the AI Product Lead, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and enterprise-wide adoption of cutting-edge AI capabilities, including Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG frameworks, and conversational AI.

You will be responsible for ensuring that AI solutions are scalable, secure, and business-value driven, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Data Science, and domain teams (R&D, Commercial, Medical) to deliver high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vision & Strategy: Define the enterprise AI roadmap, focusing on LLMs, RAG architectures, and reusable AI components aligned with responsible AI principles.
2. Platform Enablement: Deliver reusable capabilities such as prompt frameworks, vector stores, and model orchestration to operationalize AI for internal use cases.
3. Product Integration: Lead the productionization of RAG-based applications using internal knowledge assets, ensuring model transparency and accuracy.
4. Governance & Ethics: Partner with Legal and Security to implement Responsible AI standards, including bias mitigation, GDPR compliance, and risk assessments.
5. Value Realization: Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility, measuring success through efficiency and automation gains.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as an enterprise advocate for AI, leading change management and training across diverse business units.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2. Experience: 5–8+ years in AI/ML product ownership or data science leadership.
3. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, prompt engineering, and MLOps/LLMOps.
4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud-native AI services (AWS/Azure) and regulatory requirements (privacy, model risk). Pharma/Biotech experience is a plus.
5. Leadership: Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
