The Senior Product Analyst opening at Novartis in Hyderabad is a full-time, regular position that sits at the meeting point of product management, business analysis and program delivery. The person hired will support the growth and adoption of the Digital Trust Program, a strategic platform that manages consent, preference and trust across the company’s digital customer engagement channels. Novartis posted the requisition on September 7, 2026, and it carries the job ID REQ-10087153.

Role Overview: Senior Product Analyst for the Digital Trust Program

Novartis describes the position as a hybrid of four disciplines: product management, business analysis, governance management and program delivery. In practice, the analyst becomes the connective tissue between business teams and the privacy, compliance, legal and technology groups that keep consent and preference data trustworthy. The role is less about building software and more about shaping what gets built, deciding the order, and ensuring markets and brands actually adopt it.

Because the Digital Trust platform touches customer-facing channels in many countries, success depends on clear requirements, disciplined governance and steady stakeholder communication. Expect a mix of workshops, steering committee preparation, backlog refinement and executive reporting in any given week.

Key Responsibilities

According to the employer listing, the role covers the following:

  1. Support product roadmap development, prioritization and value realization.
  2. Lead business discovery workshops and translate business requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
  3. Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and stakeholder decision-making processes.
  4. Manage program plans, risks, dependencies, action items and status reporting.
  5. Coordinate the onboarding of markets, brands and digital assets to the Digital Trust platform.
  6. Develop executive presentations, business cases and progress reports.
  7. Track adoption, compliance and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
