Role Overview

In this position, you will be embedded within the Core Lab & POC division, driving the marketing plans and commercial lifecycles of clinical chemistry products. The primary focus of the Product Manager is to ensure that healthcare providers and distributors have seamless access to life-changing diagnostic equipment and tests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Marketing & Execution: Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and action plans for clinical chemistry products. Create compelling product messaging, sales tools, brochures, and master presentations.

  2. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including preparing new product launches, executing smooth phase-in and phase-out strategies, and handling all relevant regulatory and reimbursement tasks.

  3. Inventory & Price Optimization: Oversee distributor and delivery pricing strategies. Manage inventory forecasting, ordering, and allocations during supply chain bottlenecks.

  4. Market Insights & Analytics: Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics on a monthly and annual basis. Conduct regular customer and key opinion leader (KOL) visits, monitor competitor activities, and run market surveys to fine-tune strategy.

  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with global and regional stakeholders, coordinate training sessions for sales teams and distributors, and collaborate tightly with Quality Assurance (QA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.

Qualifications

  1. Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Medical, or general Science disciplines.

  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience (sales or marketing roles) within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.

  3. Languages: High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.

  4. Technical Skills: Excellent command of MS Office software and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
